  • A FAYNE Inspection is money well spent: A home inspection is a non-invasive, yet thorough examination of all components of the home.  The inspection may reveal repair/replacement and make the buyer aware, enabling them to either negotiate with the seller, or budget for after the sale.  An example could be an aging roof, that while not leaking, is nearing its life expectancy. 

  • Your FAYNE Inspector is always available after the appointment to answer any questions a buyer may have, but we strongly recommend the client be present during the inspection and express their concerns if any to the inspector.

  • Your FAYNE inspector can offer a professional recommendation, which can assist buyers/sellers develop a plan if ítems need to be repaired or replaced. 

  • An Inspection is an opportunity for Buyers to become familiar with the property, to review utilities locations, i.e., water shut-off valves, the electrical panel, and observe other details about the house with his/her own eyes.
