We understand all properties differ substantially; therefore, inspections are tailored to meet the needs of the client and the property.  While we perform most inspections in-house, some inspections may require that we consult with Professional Engineers, Environmental Consultants, etc.  If required, FAYNE, LLC can/will contract with these entities, thereby saving time and enabling the client to have a single point of contact.

FAYNE, LLC Inspections for Commercial Properties adhere to the ASTM E2018-15 protocol for conducting a baseline Property Condition Assessment (PCA) of improvements located on a parcel of commercial real estate.  The work product from the PCA will form the basis for the Property Condition Report (PCR) issued to the client.  Sections 7 & 9 of the ASTM E2018 are excluded from Light Commercial surveys, defined as structures with 20,000 SF or less.  All sections of the ASTM E2018 are included for larger, team-approach surveys.
